At snfsportsconnect we are committed to delivering high-quality sports apparel and bicycle parts. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.
1. General Policy
All sales are considered final, especially for customized and made-to-order items. Returns or exchanges are only accepted under specific conditions outlined below.
2. Customized Apparel (Sportswear)
Due to the nature of custom sublimation and personalized designs, we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size ordered by the customer
- Change of mind
- Design/color preference after approval
📌 Important Notes:
- Please double-check your size, design, and details before confirming your order.
- A size allowance of ±0.5 to 1 inch is considered acceptable.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items
We only accept returns or replacements if:
- The item has a manufacturing defect, or
- The wrong item/design was delivered (not based on customer-approved design)
📌 To qualify:
- Report within 7days upon receiving the item
- Provide clear photos/videos as proof
4. Bicycle Parts (Non-Custom Items)
Returns or exchanges may be accepted for unused and unopened items under the following conditions:
- Report within 7 days upon receipt
- Item must be in original packaging
- Must not show signs of usage or installation
📌 Non-returnable items:
- Used or installed parts
- Items damaged due to improper handling
5. Refund Policy
- Approved returns may be eligible for:
- Replacement, or
- Store credit (preferred option)
- No cash refunds unless approved under exceptional cases
6. Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees for returns/exchanges are:
- Shouldered by the customer, unless the issue is due to our error
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders cannot be cancelled once:
- Design is approved
- Production has started
- Down payments are non-refundable
8. How to Request Return/Exchange

- Order Name / Company Name
- Order Date
- Description of concern
- Photo/Video proof
9. Process for Returns
Customer must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before making a return.
To obtain an RMA number send email to snfsportsconnect@gmail.com and indicate in subject –“Request for RMA number”. In the email, indicate the date of purchase, what will be returned and reason for returning it. Include pictures in the email. Properly pack the item to be returned. The RMA number should be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return item.
